RULES GOVERNING ELIGIBILITY (ALL DIVISIONS)

Miss Division:

• All delegates must be a natural born female

• Never been Married

• All delegates must be of good moral standing.

• All delegates must reside in the United States and be a citizen.

• All delegates may have never posed nude in any form of media.

• All delegates must be between the ages of 19-25 as of September 4, 2021.

Your participation in the UniverzV Nation Nationals Pageant indicates that you agree to all the rules and regulations set forth by our program.

Teen Division:

• All delegates must be a natural born female

• Never been Married

• All delegates must be of good moral standing.

• All delegates must reside in the United States and be a citizen.

• All delegates may have never posed nude in any form of media.

• All delegates must be between the ages of 14-18 as of September 4, 2021.

Your participation in the UniverzV Nation Nationals Pageant indicates that you agree to all the rules and regulations set forth by our program.

Ms. Division:

• All delegates must be a natural born female.

• Not married or has been divorced or widowed

• All delegates must be of good moral standing.

• All delegates must reside in the United States and be a citizen.

• All delegates may have never posed nude in any form of media.

• All delegates must be between the ages of 21-39 as of September 4, 2021.

Your participation in the UniverzV Nation Nationals Pageant indicates that you agree to all the rules and regulations set forth by our program.

Mrs. Division:

• All delegates must be a natural born female.

• You must be married.

• All delegates must be of good moral standing.

• All delegates must reside in the United States and be a citizen.

• All delegates may have never posed nude in any form of media.

• All delegates must be between the ages of 21 & Up as of September 4, 2021.

Noble Mrs./Ms. Division:

• All delegates must be a natural born female.

• You may or may not be married.

• All delegates must be of good moral standing.

• All delegates must reside in the United States and be a citizen.

• All delegates may have never posed nude in any form of media.

• All delegates must be between the ages of 40+ as of September 4, 2021.

Your participation in the UniverzV Nation Nationals Pageant indicates that you agree to all the rules and regulations set forth by our program.

Middle School Division:

• All delegates must be a natural born female

• All delegates must be of good moral standing.

• All delegates must reside in the United States and be a citizen.

• All delegates must be in Middle School (6th-8th) as of September 4, 2021. You have to be enrolled in Middle School during your reigning year!

Elementary School Division:

• All delegates must be a natural born female.

• All delegates must be of good moral standing.

• All delegates must reside in the United States and be a citizen.

• All delegates must be in Elementary (1st-5th) as of September 4, 2021.

Your participation in the UniverzV Nation Nationals Pageant indicates that you agree to all the rules and regulations set forth by our program.

By registering to participate in UniverzV Nation Nationals Pageant, you are acknowledging, accepting and agreeing to the following rules and regulations:

(Once you receive your appointed state title or national title, you will receive a contract to sign.)

• Applying to represent your state or regional title, is a commitment to attending the 2021 National Finals and assuming all responsibility for payment of fees, including all payment and paperwork deadlines as established by UniverzV Nation Nationals.

• State and Regional titleholders must make a 2 appearances each month. (i.e. volunteer projects, platform development, pageant appearances & more)

• By signing the application form to participate, you are agreeing to adhere to our all our rules and regulations. If the delegate, her family members or friends exhibiting unsportsmanlike or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate disqualification of the delegate before, during or after Nationals.

• All fees paid to UniverzV Nation Nationals are not refundable and non-transferable. No refunds are provided for any reason including, but not limited to, payments made on behalf of the delegate by advertisers and sponsors and any and all  fees paid to UniverzV Nation Nationals by delegates, supporters, sponsors, or advertisers.

• The UniverzV Nation Nationals official crown and sash shall be worn  shall be work at specific times and places. These rules will be issued once you have fully committed to Nationals. No substitutions of crown or sash will be allowed.

• UniverzV Nation Nationals reserves the right to change the date, location, and competition details of the national pageant at its discretion.

• Delegates may compete in any other pageant system as long as they place UNN first until after the national pageant has concluded. They must complete their state reign.

• The National winners will be required to sign a national titleholder contract. We do not have a non-compete contract but require our National winners to place UNN first.

• Delegates and their parents/guardians hereby release and forever discharge UniverzV Nation Nationals Pageant, its directors, employees, volunteers and staff from any and all claims and demands arising from damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss or injury resulting from participation in the UniverzV Nation National Pageant or any of our events. Delegates and their parents/guardians further covenant and agree not to sue the organization, its directors individually, its employees, volunteers or staff for any claim for damages or liability.

• Delegates and their parents/guardians give permission for photographs, videos, or audio tape to be used for promotional and publicity purposes in print media as well as the Internet.

• All Affiliate Pageants & Modeling Events upon participation in any pageants for free, partial or full payment, your participation is your full agreement to give us access to use any photo, audio or video of you as a representation of all opportunities that are presented.

• UniverzV Nation Nationals is not responsible for  ANY prizes forfeited by Official Sponsors.

• National titleholders will receive a hundred (100%) percent of their total cash scholarship upon completing  a successful year of reign.

• National titleholders scholarship will come from how many contestants are in their division when they give up their title.

• UNN does not accept checks or echeck (via paypal). All payments are paid via Paypal, CashApp or Walmart-to-Walmart.

• If their is an extra fee on your payment at Walmart-to Walmart ($8.95) or a Paypal extra fee, you are responsible for the extra fee. It is NOT allowed to come out of your UNN fee.
